On December the 25th, 2009 at 11:30 a.m., Samuel Walker and Diane Walker were arrested at the Park County Jail in Fairplay, CO, after they turned themselves in to authorities, according to a press release from the Park County Sheriff's Office.

The couple have been charged with: Aggravated Cruelty to Animals CRS# 18-9-202 (1) (a) (1.5) (b); a class 6 felony, 2 Counts, and Cruelty to Animals; CRS# 18-9-202 (1) (a); a class 1 misdemeanor, 30 counts. The couple both posted $2,000.00 in bail and will be returning to the Park County Court on January 4th, 2010 at 9 a.m., the release said.
