"COLUMBINE TO CANYON RIDE"
to benefit school shooting memorial fund

16-year-old Emily Keyes, victim of Platte Canyon school shooting All motorcycles are welcome and encouraged to join the Columbine to Canyon Ride on Saturday, October 7th, starting at 11:00 am. The ride will benefit the I love u guys Emily Keyes Memorial Fund. The starting point is at Columbine High School in Jefferson County, scene of the tragic 1999 school shooting that left more than a dozen dead and two dozen wounded. Saturday's ride will travel to Platte Canyon High School near Bailey, Colorado, where 16-year-old Emily Keyes was taken hostage and later fatally wounded by an adult gunman on Wednesday, September 27, 2006.

Rider donations collected will be contributed to the fund established in memory of Emily Keyes. The fund is named after the last words text-messaged to her family before she died... "I love u guys."

The Columbine to Canyon Ride Fund (C to C Ride) is asking for a donation of at least $25.00 per motorcycle entered in the ride. For those not involved in the Ride, donations may also be made to the I love u guys fund at area banks.
