To the citizens of Park County:

It has come to my attention that rumors are circulating about my health. It seems appropriate, at this time, to release a brief statement. After hospitalization in December for a stubborn illness, I was diagnosed and a course of treatment was outlined. The prognosis is excellent and I anticipate full recovery in short order.

On January 9, 2007, I was proud to be sworn in and take my position as Park County's District 3 Commissioner. The commissioner training I attended in Denver on January 10th, 11th and 12th was very informative and helpful. I look forward to using my experience and ongoing training to represent the citizens of Park County through the next four years. I appreciate the strong support I have received.
