The Park County Clerk and Recorder's Fairplay and Bailey offices will be closed for the day on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 for training. The State of Colorado is in the process of implementing a new vehicle registration record keeping system known as CSTARS (Colorado State Title and Registration System). The Clerk's staff will need to attend the State's training session in the new system in order to better serve Park County citizens, according to the resolution authorizing the closure of local offices.
