WINNERS AND LOSERS BY COMMUNITY PRECINCT


How Did Your Community Vote on Local Candidates?

A precinct-by-precinct analysis of voting data shows how each community or area of the county voted in Park County primary elections for Commissioner, Sheriff and Coroner on August 10, 2010. These are unofficial results drawn from the election day count and may change by a few votes when provisional ballots are added to the count.

Park County Coroner's Race:
Candidate David Kintz, Jr., won all but two precincts. Challenger Tammy Davis won Precincts 7 and 12. Kintz won with an overall 8.4% margin.

Park County Sheriff's Race:
Incumbent Sheriff Fred Wegener won all precincts in the county. He won over challenger Michael Graves with an overall margin of 34.8%.

Park County Commissioner's Race:
Incumbent Mark Dowaliby won 8 precincts, including 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, and 13, taking a margin of 8.1% over second place candidate Lillian Wissel, and 18.5% margin over Samantha Bertin. Wissel took 5 Precincts, including 5, 6, 7, 8, and 12. Bertin did not win any precincts, but came in second in Precincts 2, 3, 5, and 7.
