Winter Weather Advisory - N&W Park County

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO MIDNIGHT MST WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 5 to 12 inches.
Winds gusting up to 30 mph.

* WHERE...Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow Range,
and The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the
Indian Peaks.

* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to Midnight MST Wednesday Night.

* IMPACTS...Snow covered roads will make travel hazardous. Travel
may become very difficult due to heavy snowfall on roadways.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Roads will be slick resulting in slow and hazardous travel. Allow
extra time to reach your destination.

Consider altering your travel plans. Heavy snowfall is expected to
make travel very difficult to impossible.
