...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT ABOVE 10000 FEET FROM 9 AM TUESDAY TO MIDNIGHT MDT TUESDAY NIGHT...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches
above 10,000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Front Range above 10,000 feet. This includes the
Medicine Bow Mountains, Rocky Mountain National Park, Indian
Peaks Wilderness, and the mountain passes along I-70.
* WHEN...From 9 AM Tuesday to midnight MDT Tuesday night. Heaviest
snow and highest potential for travel impacts Tuesday afternoon
and evening.
* IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous,
especially through mountain passes. Use caution when traveling.
